Here is a recipe for tasty Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins.

 Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Grease muffin tins or line with paper liners.
- Mix sugar, oil, a nd applesauce in a large bowl (or you can use a stand mixer).
- Add pumpkin and water.
- In different bowl mix together the dry ingredients.
- Add to wet mixture in batches to incorporate fully.
- Mix in chocolate chips, walnuts, flax seeds, and pumpkin seeds.
- Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes (or so, depending on your oven).

- 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup flax seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
