Tim Horton’s Pumpkin Seed Recipe?
The Pumpkin Spice muffin it’s self was disgusting, So I do not want the recipe for them. But after tasting the seeds that are scattered a top of the muffin, I picked all them off and discarded the rest after it was dissected of all seeds lol.
If anyone know a recipe that makes the seeds taste similar to those on the Pumpkin Spice muffins please share, I’ve been looking everywhere and am yet to find a good tasting match. I know funny question…but hey maybe someone knows =[
Thanks for your time http://i154.photobucket.com/albums/s272/…

You can buy pumpkin seeds roasted at the Bulk Barn if you live east of Manitoba, they sell them by the pound roasted and either salted or unsalted, and you can add them to muffins, cakes and even breads for flavour and fibre, they are very good for you, lots of iron and potassium, when I was a chef we used them in a number of dishes, even made a mexican style pesto with them, you also use them in Mole sauce for mexican dishes. They are known also in Spainish as “Pepita’s”, if you have any Mexican or Central American store in town.
