Rotten Pumpkins

I had a recipe that made a layered pumpkin mouse. The layers alternated with pumpkin and a cream cheese concoction. I lost the recipe. Does anyone have a recipe for a dessert that is similar?

I’m looking for a pumpkin cream pie recipe that’s VEGAN. Not so creamy that it’s like a banana cream pie, but not so custardy that it’s like flan…somewhere in the middle, so it’s like…baked but still fluffy. With pumpkin as the main ingredient. Does anyone have a recipe like this?

With like, a lot of salt or fresh garlic?
